Marketo Invests in Customer Success With New Training and Certification Curriculum
SAN MATEO, Calif., March 2, 2017 -- Marketo, Inc., the leading provider of marketing software and solutions, today announced several major changes to its education program, most notably the addition of new courses, the launch of a new certification exam, and the opportunity to extend certification through specializations. The redesigned Marketo University curriculum is part of the company's continued investment in customer success and commitment to meet the growing demand for Marketo-certified marketers.

The new program replaces the company's Foundation course with an updated and enhanced Core Concepts Training to introduce marketers to the platform's basics through interactive, hands-on learning. Additionally, it includes the launch of a series of Adoption Courses that provide a deep dive into key functionality and use cases. Their intent is to help users advance their knowledge and abilities regardless of skill-level.
The demand for Marketo-certified marketers has been growing steadily as more companies find that Marketo is the best platform to help them drive digital engagement. The new Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) exam contains scenario-based questions that cover real-world practical knowledge. In addition, Marketo is also offering a three-hour prep course to ensure marketers are ready for the test.
